Is education free in UK or USA at Bachelors level?

Hi Mr Sankarasubramanian, any international student who has score 60% above is eligible to go for a course abroad. But there is no free education in UK or USA. Education can actually be very expensive in these countries. But the best part is Engineering in the UK is only of 3 yrs in duration instead

He is eligible to join. He ahs to do three year engineering degree in UK and it will cost you around 5 Lacs per year. No free education in this countries. If his marks is good he can get upto 50% schorlaships
