How should a M.tech (Biotechnology) with 7.5 CGPA go about applying for a PH.D. (Biotechnology) with scholarship for this year

hello sir, i want to apply for phd biotechnology with scholarship 2011 session, my education detail M.Tech Biotecnology (7.5cgpa)09-2011, B.Tech Biotechnology (59%)04-2008, 12th 2001, 10th 1999. hope i can get replay very soon regarding the same. thanking you.
