Can i apply to Canada without IELTS?

HI MY NAME HARPREET I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THAT HOW I CAN APPLY FOR CANADA ON STUDY BASE WITHOUT IELTS? I PASSED 2 IN 2009 WITH 55% MARKS IN ARTS STREAM

without IELTS you cannot go to canada on study permit.......even if you get a ielts wave off from the university/college it is required for the visa process.

if you are from icse or cbse board and scored very good in english then you can go abroad without ielts

Hi Harpreet, It is not possible to study in Canada without taking the IELTS. IELTS is very much a mandatory requirement which is required by all universities in Canada as well as required by the visa authorities. see harpreet, u have to appear for IELTS and have to score 6 bands atleast. the yearly fees is 10000-12000 $ for any undergraduate course.
