I am B.Tech food technology & engineering. Is it better for me to do M.Tech or MBA?

you are already skilled with technical aspects of the field so you should join MBA it will help you reach at higher postion in Industry.

The choice would depend upon the factor as to what kind of a career you would want to persue. If you are more inclined towards technical asepcts then I suggest you do M.Tech.

Coming from a B.tech, if you are keen to pursue a similar career path in the field of technical stream, then opt for a M.tech course else if you are keen to change your field and plan to get in the management field, then only you should opt for the MBA / related programs.
