Hi Rakesh,
Although, you can go for B.Com after MCA but, it would be difficult through a full time University due to your age so, you can do it through Correspondence or Open Universities. However, I would say that if you have already completed your MCA you should start your career as you have suff

yes its possible...but some of univesity only offer MCA to that student who have12th as maths background....
