i have one house and gave house on rent. that 4 year after that house is automatical ownership transfer to tenant and tenant demand rs.500000 for vacant hopuse 1. is rs. 500000 is deductatble house property head ? 2. what provision is apply? 3. what we considered this rs.500000?
