NIOS is a board under Ministry of Human Resources Development, Government of India and same thing is clearly mentioned in marksheet too. The board will be very much recognized in UK. However, i would recommend you to write an email to the admissions department of selected course of the universities where you are applying and clarify the same with them.
Hope my answer has solved your query. If it has, kindly mark it as best answer.

    Hello Faisal,
Yes a Genuine recognised Certificate is accepted to do a course of MBA and it is accepted but Get it checked before you apply, as the scrutiny of checking the documents are very tight in UKBA.

    MBA in UK
A high degree of sophistication, a matchless charm, and above all, educational quality thats backed by centuries of tradition : the United Kingdom is just the right place to give your career that global edge. In addition to the hallowed Oxford and Cambridge, UK has a large number of other universities which rank among the best in the world like London Business School.
One major advantage of U.K. MBA is its duration which is one year as compared to the two years system in US and Canada. Also, unlike those in other countries, most UK universities recognize the system of 3 year bachelor degree.

I think you should not have much problem. I will need to see your documents to be able to suggest Universities and those that will offer you funding support (Ria from Scotland, UK - ria.s@india.com)
