sir, i did B.E. in civil engg. regular, M.Tech I.T distance mode both with distinction now i am working as lecturer . i want to do PHD in civil engg, in parttime. sir can u suggest me what to do how to proceed thank u sir

Dear Sujatha,
In my opinion any Indian university would let you pursue PhD in the subjects you had at the masters level. IGNOU also offers PhD but only in the subject in which you hold a masters degree.
