i am graduate, with 12 years sales exp. Am 32 year old, & currently working as Sr.Manager sales . i would like to pursue further education to support my future career growth. can you please suggest what kind of course to choose. eg distance MBA, certificate course from IIm etc

You should go with MBA from distance learning that would be good for you as after having 1 years of experience it would not be good to go with regular one and you can choose ignou or smu.
