Hi,
Eligibility requirements are never country specific. There is a common requirement for international students that they have to take the TOEFL or IELTS. Apart from that, the requirements are very much country specific and not course specific.

4 years degree for masters, passing in English proficiency test like IELTS and other criteria depend from course to course
