How is the scope of correspondence MBA to get growth in the same field in which one is working?

if you are working you must have to complete your MBA in distance mode only you cant go with regular mode if you are doing this it wont work.as you are in job so how can you get any regular degree?so its better you complete your MBA in distance mode & you will get better option in same field

can u learn car driving...through distance learning ?? or u need a driver beside u to tell you at once you make a mistake.....similarly.... correspondence cann't valued as par regular course....
