Which are the institutes offering B.Tech through the correspondence or part time mode

sir i m ejaz i want to be a B.tec enggg i have money problem then i can't afford B.Tec fee regular then i decided to do job this time i m doing job then i want to B.tec for correspondance & distance & partime so i m very confuse plz give me advice what to do n what not to Do.as soon as possible.
