hi,i am a b.tech graduate and having 3 yrs experience in tcs.but now i want to take my carrer in hr field...my marks in 10th and 12 th standard is less than 70 %. 1) is mba is required to start my career as an hr? 2) can i opted for a top 20 mba college through a good score in cat exam?
