Now i'm studying 1st year B.E. Mechanical engineering.How can i develop my communication skills to get a good job in my field? This will help me after 4years.

Communication skills is not just a speaking a good English.
Person should have good people skills
Convince people
Knowledge of different culture
Marketing skills
How to convince boss, co-worker, team, HR?

Communication skils are basically of 2 kinds; namely Verbal and Non-Verbal. Both kinds of skills are required to be a success in any career. At the moment you may concentrate on learning the english language, enhance your speaking and writing capability. Also give emphasis on analysing problems and

try to give seminars in the class regularly when you are given a chance.participate in the departmental programmes regularly.remember communication cant be learnt but can only be practised.

Just tell me one thing Have u join any classes to learn the Songs. U learn the songs just by listening and repeating to urself only. If u listen Good English Lectures and keep on repeating to urself. Do u think that u require any more environment apart from urself. U r the one who stay with urself.
