Iam btech final year student. i got tenth class=89.6% inter=88.9% btech=70%. i want to do mba only in iim's how much experience needed.2 or 3years enough for good

If you have work experience, it gives you a slight advantage, over other aspirants. I suggest, you work for some years, before doing your MBA program.
