I want to do a PG in Hotel Management and that to want to specialised in Production.Which schools should I approach ?

A course in hotel management will itself be a specialised course. You can try for PIHMS, AUT and univ of Otago. If you would like to further specialise in a course you can do so by selecting it as the elective in your final semester.
