What is the best option for a diploma holder in IT (57%) not interested in studying further

Hi ,i have completed diploma in IT i got 57% ,in 2007,i coudn't get admission for degree,& i can't possible 4 year degree now because my age 26 & i dont like distance learning degree &in IT degree is very important for job ,i am very confuse ,ples send any solution.

Dear,Puja In wich state you are completed diploma. In karnataka some BE seats reserve for diploma students. there is a CET for diploma students. Dont confuse. Best of luck
