In India, no but for UK, Singapore, US and Australia yes
In India if you have 2 years or more work experience form a BSE/ NSE listed company, you get 1 mark extra additional

no, for MBA you should be graguate with 50% , if experienced it helps you...that's it....where do u want to take admission ???
