No, I don't think this is feasible unless a close rapport between two institutes permit this as a special case.

mostly it is not possible bt there is one way if you like follow it 1) find out in which college or unverisity you want to go 2) find out the subjects and the subjects you have chosen right now 3) tally the subjects 4) talk to the principal of the college and the faculty of the Commerece department
