Chanakya institute is good but none of the institute will give the surety to crack the exam they will only guide you how to crack the exam the efforts you only will have to do to crack the exam.

Mr. Chetan , So far my knowledge goes, the reputed institutes for IES coaching---1.Vani Institute, Delhi & hyderabad 2. Institute of Engineering Studies ,Banglore 3 IES Academy are well known. Certainly , there are some good institutes also.

Self study is better for IES exam but do join any institute for practisin moke papers...
