I have M.Sc in Microbiology, MBA in Operation Management, Experience in R&D and Engineering sector. For my career should I need an Diploma/ B.tech/ M.tech digree? Engineering in which course/ field ?

Mr. Santanu, So far my knowledge goes B-tech in Biotechnology and M.Sc. in Microbiology is treated equivalent in terms of job opportunity. Hence there is no justification and necessity for doing tech degree of Graduation status like Biotechnology or in related field.
