What should I do to work with an MNC as I have not completed my graduation & working as a Manger with a reputed Organization as a Manager?
I was pursuing my BE but due to some family problems i have to left leave, i was a good student,but now it hardly matters as I am 30 now,without graduation. On the other hand due to my presentation skills and my capabilities I am working in a reputed org. as Mngr, but I want to be in a MNC.. HELP

Mr. It is of encouragement going through your episode. Compulsion compelled to leave engineering study-still becoming a Manager of a reputed org. really hats-off to you .Do graduation & then mba- which is matters little to you. You are only 30 , & miles to go. I think your goal is waiting for you. W

I would suggest you to complete your graduation through, correspondence, and then if possible go for MBA or EMBA as you must be having good amount of work experience. I would also suggest that you can also opt for technology driven certification like SAP which is one of the popular software bei
