Whether I should do my XI and XII from school or join any coaching institute to prepare for IIT after X board exam ?

I would suggest you do XIth & XIIth through regular classes and while in XIIth take study material and/or coaching from a reputed institute. Elaborate and study of fundamentals of your regular subjects would go a long way in success in competitive exams.
