I have completed MBA - International Business , currently working as an Export Coordinator.
Please advice what is the future if i learn SAP after MBA and also suggest which SAP module will be best for me.

If you are a graduate engineer you may go for SAP in technical module. Other than technical module there are so many modules and you are to select one if you are a graduate and preferably 2 yrs. domain experience for which you seek SAP training.

Sir If you dont mind i ask u why u plan for sap from institute? i think for job? ?
But first thing remember that sap from any institute not possible. because there trainning is so differ from organization point of view. there is so many module n thousands of codes for transaction.
