which one is best, an MBA/MMS or a part time MBA, after BMS with Diploma in HR?

hello m pooja i completed my Bachelor of Management Studies after that i did diploma in HR now im confused what 2 do in future, if i do MBA/MMS from wich college i should do Or if i did part time MBA that makes difference in dregree....? which one is best ?
