I have done my BSc(IT) from UK and now wish to do MS from Australia or UK. Please tell me whether: 1. Can I apply form UK? or, 2. Will I need to come to India to file visa application there? 3.Will I need to do IELTS again? @ years tome has expired. 4.How much UK degree will weigh in my favour?
