yES, There is no such rule that a B.Tech through distance learning is not eligible However to become a lecturer You should be first class masters degree holder ( M.Tech) and you have to qualify NET/ SET exam

i have done msc electronics from pakistan but still jobless what is the oppertunity for me which course is best for me so i can get a job in pak as well as abroad thank u

Yes you can but it is not approved by AICTE. and for more information you can check the site of the dec.ac.in.
