Yes Dear after M.Tech you will be eligible for the lecturer ship as well as the other options after M.Tech and M.Tech is must for the B.Tech colleges

Please also note that clearing the UGC NET exam or SET exam is also essential for becoming a Lecturer. This can be attempted after post graduation.
