Which is the best institute offering Animation course out of the several institutes also mention the fees?

My son wants to go for specializing in Animation. I do have limited information on this matter. I also know that there are several colleges (national/private)in india but I need to know which is the best one. Can anyone help me in this please? Also i would like to know about fees structure.
