What is the eligibility and admission process for a professional with three years of experience in IT looking to do his MS from Singapore

Hi, i have an experience of 3 years in IT in India, and i am looking for an MS in IT from Singapore. Please suggest some good options and if some fees waivers. Please let me know if any exams like GRE, could help in fees waivers.
