I failed my FY in engineering and am now contemplating either going for Bachelor of Arts. My core interests are in History and Literature. Before making the move, I need to make sure what career options I have after an MA in History or English Literature. I would really be grateful for related info.

Hi,
Both History and English are completely different streams and hold no comparisons. With a Masters in History, the opportunities that you can get is to be an analyst, work in Archaeology department, Journalism & Media, Teaching and Education etc.
With a Masters in English, you can look for a var

You can become a teacher or historian. If you are good in English then you can handle many jobs like a teacher,newsreader,front office person and so on.
