Which is the right decision for an aspirant - who has multiple job offers but also looking at doing an MBA program

i hv got 3 job offer letters in my hand in the campus placement and there are mare companies to come. so weather i should go in for doing mba right now or i should go for the job and then after 1 year go for mba? the companies are wipro, franklin tempelton investments, genpact which 1should i go for

you should do job for one year then you can tell your company for further studies these companies provide their employees mba from iims
