If you are asking about freshers MBA then in my opinion its India. You can do an MBA in as low as 2-3 lakh INR. If you go to UK min is 10 lakhs, Ireland - 8 lakhs per annum, Singapore - 10 lakhs per annum, Australia 11 lakhs per annum, USA 14-15 lakhs per annum, Nz - 9 lakhs per annum. Or may be you

I agree. however, be cautious about large number of low quality MBA degree distributing institutes. You will only lose money to get a paper certificate that will have no value in the market. Even in the top 20 B-Schools, edu is much cheaper comparing other countries.
