What course should i do? I haven\'t cleared my 12th and Politechnic Diploma (CS) but done Diploma from Aptech. Working as a Lab Assistant

I HAVE DONE ADVANCED DIPLOMA IN SOFTWARE ENGINEERING FROM APTECH LTD . I HAVE Failed IN POLYTECHNIC(COMPUTER TECHNOLOGY) of Open University I HAVE ALSO FAILED in 12TH STD IN SCIENCE.I am working in Engineering College as a Lab Assistant what to do further I am not understanding.I am getting 4000

Your Aptech Diploma will not be recognized by the college for its UGC scale salary. You have two options 1. Do a Govt recognized Diploma (3 years) and then, if interested,BSc or BTech. 2. Complete your 12th with PCME and then do BSc or BTech. You can complete your course. Get a good guide / counsel
