If you want to appear in the UPSC 2011 exam the its notification for application is due to come. Keep reading employment newspaper for the exact dates. The exam would be in June 2011 (i.e. the Prelims). For preparation you may contact a coaching centre such as Rau's or T.I.M.E. or Chanakya in Delhi
