Dear you can apply in the Universities or institute where cat percentile remains low.

Your CAT percentile is very low. Look at giving your CAT in November 2011 . Also get to know the CAT percentile, you need to get into the top 100 B Schools, in Inida. Plan your preparation accordingly.
