Getting a job as a software engineer in which sort of companies would be better and productive from salary and retention point of view?

You should always prefer to start your career with a brand, i.e. TCS, Infosys, IBM, Samsung, etc. Starting with a brand always gives you the needed initial push, work in the same for at least 1-year, preferably 2-years and then switch to a small company because your learning with more in a small com
