Getting admission for MBA abroad will my school marks hunt me besides GMAT scores and good CGPA in college.

I think I have decent CGPA from a fairly reputed college but I have very low marks in my school boards and if I am able to score good marks in GMAT will my school marks hunt me in getting admissions or scholarships abroad for MBA.

It is not the only determining factor and a person with high CGPA has better chances of getting into in good colleges or company is not very true and is situation specific, I would elaborate this with some examples. As far as placements are concerned you need to score above a particular range (ex. 8
