    http://www.nitk.ac.in/#there are other colleges providing scholarship to students and better placements are Lovely Professional University, SDM College of Engineering, Dharwad, Gitam, Vishakhapatnam.

    Fee is as per government regulations. You can personally contact college to get information. there are many top private institutes where fee are quite less as they provide good amount of scholarship as Lovely Professional University, SRM etc.
