dude wat r u talking about 70% thats it
u can even scorr more than 90%
    just go with NCERT
and for little bit help grab Modern Abc of physics.
dont take tnsn abt maths,Ncert is enough
the prblm u will face is in chemistry specially organic chemistry
so i prefer u to make notes on organic as much as possible.
or take tuition for physics and chemistry desperately.
    always ready to help

as everyone said read ncert .
complete your syllabus in sept or take time till nov after that buy all in one (not previous years) and revise and solve CBSE examination archives given in the last of every chap in that book.
for imp derivations in physics see last page of arihant all in one. for chem ncert us enough.

I am cbse student and scored 75% . I only prepared only 1 month before. buy refresher for physics . maths practice hots and important questions told by teacher. chemistry follow ncert text book. more than preparing for exam writing is key. handwriting most important. attempt and write something to each question. don't leave any questions.
    practice previous years question papers.
    all the best.

What more tips can be there more than study? Study is the only solution. It should be qualitative and exhaustive. Your note-taking must be careful. Time is not to be frittered away. You have to mind syllabus and old question papers.
