That is definitely an option to go by. Doing the last two years, or you might say the most important years of engineering in a foreign-affiliated university might be more advantageous and will give you hand over other students. Also, this will be a very high and a strong point on your resume. Not only for a CV or resume point of view but also give you a wide view of the engineering and the out world and how things work in foreign universities.
