Glen here. i have done ma B.E in computers. i want to pursue my career psychology (clinical). Wat is the eligibility?

Interested in doing masters in psychology. either clinical or cognitive(Inclined) Is it possible to do in UCL or Oxford? Is masters a option ? I am B.E in computers, What is the eligibility to pursue masters in psychology in aboard ? Suggest A grade colleges in India? What are Career prospects?
