Hi experts ... As I'm final year student of electronics & communication engineering, I need a complete guidance about all the courses I have to do for getting good jobs both software and hardware side.

After ECE branch there are two fields. You need to decide that you wish to work and earn in which field :
* Core field
* Software field
If you are opting for core jobs, you may take some courses related to your branch :
-Power systems
-Latest applications of Solar panels
-Embedded sys
