Going for postgraduation.
I am about to complete my graduation in bachelors of computer application and looking forward for a PG course in the same field. I am considering three courses M.sc. in CS, MCA & MBA in IT. Which will be more succesful and an appropriate option?

You are a BCA Graduate and planning to move in the same field. So, pursue an MCA program which would be in your line and would be a professional course.
