Good afternoon sir. Sir I have a doubt whether to take B.Tech in CSE of 4years or to take B.Tech+M.Tech integrated course in CSE.

You can take any of these course as both courses are good. Select according to your choice whether you want to do M.Tech or not and also from the same college.
