good college from where i can do my mba in operations

i am going to complete my post diploma in automobile engineering in june 2011 which is b.e equivalent and also affiliated to state govt. of tamil nadu but not by aicte or ugc .can i do mba from a good college in operations ,if yes then name the colleges. i shall be very grateful to u.
