Good day, I believe BITS PIani Dubai offers Msc courses for Diploma holdrs ( 3 yr reg in Engg) please assist me if its still valid.
I did my 10+2 (Maths Physics,Chemistry) and then did 3 yr regular diploma in Electrical & Electronics , Engg, I believe BITS Pilani Dubai is offering Msc Programmes in IT and Information systems for 10+2 standard with some course exemption to Diploma holders. refer googling on this topic

This is called Integrated MSc course after 10+2 MPC or Diploma and it is valid.
