Basically, I am an Engineering Graduate in Mechanical so I am not at home in the Economics and Financial terms and terminologies.... So, pls. help me out to be comfortable in the above said exam...

There are four type subject for PO exam. Reasoning, Math, general aptitude test and english.
Join a Institution which conduct preparation for PO. Use book of rasnik and RS agrawal
