Good job in usa or uk

I have completed my graduation bsc(mscs i.e maths,statistics,computerscience) now i am planning to do mba(information systems or information technology and marketting) specializations in india .after mba i want to do job in usa or uk so is it correct to do mba or do ineed to do any other course.
