Good Morning. I am doing my MBA in IB (3rd sem) under Pondicherry University (Distance), after this can I join Ph.D or M.Phil?

I have done my schooling under Central board of secondary education with 76% for 10th and 55% for 12th. Then I did my BBA in aviation (76%) under Karnataka state open university. After that I am working with Airlines for past 4 years. Now I am doing MBA along with my work.

    Good evening,
    Eligibility criteria:
    A minimum of five years of post graduation work experience is required for Ph.D. programmes. In case of the M.Phil. Programme, there is no requirement of work experience. However, candidates with one to two years of work experience, will be preferred.
